WP8 Project Management
Objectives: Given the number of different work packages led by different participants, significant focus needs to be put on overall project management to ensure the overall project goals and objectives are met. This project management effort will be led by UCC, as the Project Coordinator. The yearly work focus is broken down in section 3.1, and it will be the primary objective of this work package to ensure targeted efforts through each year, work package, and participant. UCC and consortium members will work collaboratively on each stage of the project. Overall control of the technical project direction will remain with ORPC, and will be implemented by working and meeting with consortium members regularly to ensure compliance with the project objectives, timelines, and funding limitations. The Project lead for UCC will serve as the program manager for the effort and will be responsible for reporting results, findings, progress status, milestone accomplishment, financial reporting.
